Avid Elixir 1 hydraulic brakes. This is a front set, weighs 216gr. A complete set without shortened hoses should weight ~450 grs.
Note that it’s the same as Elixir 3, except the latter has a 2 part clamp. As all Avid, later SRAM hydraulic brakes, it uses DOT 4 or 5.1 brake fluid, which is used in cars.
The levers are ambidextrous, meaning there is no difference in right/left levers, unlike Shimano or most others.
